Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in Section 8.

2. Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete health and medical information before each treatment. The technician reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if any contraindications or health risks are identified.

Treatments cannot be performed on skin that is sunburned, broken, irritated, or infected. Certain medications (including but not limited to Accutane, antibiotics, or topical retinoids) and skincare products (such as AHAs, BHAs, and retinols) may increase the risk of sensitivity or injury. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant information prior to treatment.

3. Treatment Risks & Reactions

Treatments may result in temporary redness, irritation, swelling, bruising, ingrown hairs, skin sensitivity, or skin lifting. Skin lifting is more likely if the skin is compromised due to medications, exfoliants, recent sun exposure, or underlying sensitivity.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided. The salon and technician are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information or failure to follow aftercare guidance.

4. Brow Tinting & Hybrid Brow Stain

All brow tinting and hybrid brow stain services require a mandatory patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to the appointment. Patch tests must be completed within the required timeframe and are the responsibility of the client.

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, and skincare use prior to treatment. If a patch test has not been completed, or if an adverse reaction occurs, the appointment will be cancelled and charged in line with the cancellation policy outlined in Section 8.

Results and longevity of brow tinting and hybrid brow stain may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. The salon and technician are not responsible for results affected by factors outside of their control or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

5. Age & Consent Policy (Non-Intimate Waxing)

For non-intimate waxing treatments, age and consent requirements are as follows:

All treatments are carried out in accordance with training provider and product manufacturer guidelines. The salon reserves the right to refuse treatment if appropriate consent is not provided or if the treatment is deemed unsuitable.

6. Pregnancy & Sensitive Clients

Clients who are pregnant, nursing, or have highly sensitive skin must inform the technician prior to treatment. Some services may not be suitable and will be provided at the technician’s discretion.

7. Personal Belongings

The salon is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to your appointment.

8. Payment & Cancellation Policy

A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. No payment will be taken in advance. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is not followed.

This policy is in place to protect the therapist’s time and income.

9. Privacy

All personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for treatment and communication purposes.

Thank you for choosing us. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for every client.
